Hi lovelies!
I already posted a first recipe for lemon madeleines a while ago, but this time I wanted to offer you this recipe for marbled madeleines!
These little cakes are ultra soft, very easy and quick to make :) you can enjoy them with a little tea or coffee and it's really good!

Step 1

Start by whisking the eggs and the sugar.
Step 2

Add the milk.
Step 3

Add the vanilla extract.
Step 4

Sift the flour and baking powder.
Step 5

Mix well.
Step 6

Add the melted butter once it’s cold.
Step 7

Mix well again.
Step 8

Divide your batter in 2 parts, and add the cocoa powder in one of them.
Step 9

Cover and let it rest in the fridge for about 1 hour.
Step 10

Put a little bit of butter on your madeleines mold.
Step 11

Bake at 200°C for about 10-12 minutes.

And tadaaa it’s ready!
