Chocolate chip cookies
Each serving makes about 12 cookies. Cookie dough can be formed into logs, wrapped in plastic wrap, and frozen. To cook from frozen just cook 1 to 2 minutes longer.

Step 1
Preheat oven to 375
Step 2
Blend crisco and sugars. Add egg and vanilla and mix well.
Step 3
Add combined dry ingredients and mix thoroughly.
Step 4
Stir in chocolate pieces.
Step 5
Drop from tsp onto baking stone.
Step 6
Bake at 375 for 8 to 10 minutes.
Step 7
Let rest on baking stone 1 to 2 minutes.
Step 8
Remove from baking stone and cool on cookie sheet.
