Instructions
Step 1
Preheat oven to 150C
Step 2
Use clean hands to combine the Mince, onion, mixed herbs & 3 garlic.
Step 3
Roll the mixture into balls about the size of a golf ball.
Step 4
Heat a large non-stick frying pan over medium-high heat.
Step 5
Cook the meatballs in batches just until browned on the outside. Transfer to a large baking dish.
Step 6
Combine the diced tomato, tomato paste, water & 2 garlic. Pour over the meatballs & sprinkle with the parmesan.
Step 7
Cover with a lid or foil & bake for 45 minutes. Remove the lid or foil & bake for a further 10 minutes.
