Instructions

Step 1
Separate egg yolks from whites and place them in two separate bowls.

Chop your strawberries.

In a bowl, whip your egg whites for about 2/3 mins or until firm. Set aside

In a bowl, add cold heavy cream from the fridge and whip for a couple of mins or until firm. Set aside.

In another bowl, whisk egg yolks with sugar for a couple of mins.

Incorporate your Mascarpone cheese until creamy, add your whipped cream and whipped egg whites little by little.

Mix everything for 3/4 mins or until sexy!

Pour milk in a shallow dish and dip your biscuits/ladyfingers in for a couple of seconds each side.

Layer your soaked biscuits in a dish, spread some of your Mascarpone cream on top and add some of your sliced strawberries. Repeat.
