Step 1
Cook pasta according to package directions, omitting salt and fat; drain. Heat oil in a large skillet over medium-high. Sprinkle chicken with salt and pepper and add to pan; cook 3 to 5 minutes on each side, add lemon juice. Remove chicken from pan; keep warm. Add butter and minced garlic in pan. When sizzling add tomatoes, basil. Cook for 3 minutes or until tomatoes begin to break down, stirring frequently. Add heavy cream and grated parmesan. Cook for additional 3 minutes. Reduce heat, and simmer 5 minutes or until slightly thickened. Remove pan from heat. Divide pasta and top evenly with chicken, sauce, and garnish with basil and Parmesan.
