Pre heat oven to 170

Combine all dry ingredients
Step 3
Add butter and syrup. (Either melt the butter beforehand, or just microwave the whole bowl for 5 to 10 seconds)

Line 2 baking trays
Step 5
Use your hands to combine ingredients into dough and make a ball. Keep dividing in half and remaking balls until you have 16 similar size small balls. Place 8 on each tray and flatten, just so they don't roll around (they will spread)
Step 6
Bake on two shelves for between 10 and 14 mins. Keep an eye on them because edges burn quickly, so rotate trays and switch shelves during cooking.
