Step 1
Wash and dry chicken well
Step 2
Mix cracker crumbs, cheese, onion, parsley, salt, and pepper.
Step 3
Dip each piece of chicken in the butter. Then dip each one in the crumb mix. Place each piece on a cookie sheet. Make sure they don't touch.
Step 4
Put several small pieces of the softened butter on each. Bake uncovered at 375° for 45 min or until tender.
