Step 1
In a large mixing bowl, combine your almond butter with pumpkin puree and mix well.
Step 2
Add your flour, pumpkin pie spice, and honey and mix until fully incorporated. A thick batter remains. If the batter is too thin, add a little extra flour.
Step 3
Line a large plate with parchment paper. Using your hands, form 18 small balls and place them on the plate. Refrigerate until firm.
