How y’all feel about lobster tails ? I think they’re overrated but this recipe is still very noicee

Instructions
Step 1
Pre heat oven to 350-375

Step 2
Using a pair of scissors cut into the tail to expose the meat & pulling it out then laying it onto of the shell
Step 3
Add the lobster tail to an oven safe dish. Use all the ingredients below to make your garlic butter


Step 4
Spread the garlic butter all over the lobster tail. Sprinkle a few pinches of paprika over the lobster before placing it in the oven
Step 5
Bake the lobster tails until it reaches 135 degrees internal. Depending on the size of the lobster tail it can take anywhere from 8min-16 minutes. For 6-8 oz lobster tails I recommend 12-14 minutes

Step 6
Microwave the leftover garlic butter spread to melt.

Step 7
Once the lobster tails are done , squeeze the lemon juices on top and pour the melted garlic butter on top

Step 8
Garnish with freshly chopped parsley and enjoy!
