Instructions
Step 1
Sautée carrots in 2 tbsp olive oil. Add in garlic and cook 30 seconds.
Step 2
Add in the frozen peas and the cauliflower rice and cook 2 minutes.
Step 3
Make a hole in the middle and add 2 whisked eggs. Scramble the eggs and mix all together. Add sesame oil, soy sauce and garnish with seasame seeds & green onions
