Ingredients

3 tablespoonsghee
butter, or extra virgin olive oil
3cloves garlic
minced
1shallot
minced
1 poundcarrots
medium, cut into thin diagonal slices
1 tablespoonred wine vinegar
2 tablespoonsparsley
chopped, fresh
2 tablespoonsfresh dill
chopped
1 tablespoonfresh thyme
chopped
½ tablespoonfresh rosemary
chopped
½ teaspoonsea salt
¼ teaspoonground black pepper
Instructions
Step 1
Melt ghee in a skillet over medium-high heat. Add garlic and shallot, cooking for 2 minutes until fragrant.
Step 2
Add carrots and stir until evenly coated. Cook for 5-7 minutes, until tender.
Step 3
Stir in red wine. Remove from heat and add parsley, dill, thyme, rosemary, salt, and pepper, stirring until coated.
Step 4
Serve immediately.
