French fries are such a simple classic and are definately one of my family’s all-time favorites!

Instructions
Step 1
Preheat oven to 220°C.
Step 2
Wash potatoes leaving skin on and cut them into desired size fries.
Step 3
Let potatoes soak in cold water in the sink or in a bowl for at least 30 minutes. Remove from water and dry very well.
Step 4
Toss with oil and seasonings. Spread evenly in a single layer on a parchment-lined pan.
Step 5
Take advantage of the double temperature when cooking. First, bake the fries on a lower setting for about 25-30 minutes so they cook beautifully on the inside, then raise the temperature and bake for another 20 minutes.
