Instructions
Step 1
Put flour into large mixing bowl. Well the middle
Step 2
Add 25g lard plus yeast and water
Step 3
Mix then knead for 5 minutes. leave to rise for 1 hour in covered bowl

Cream 25 g lard, caster sugar and raisins in a bowl
Step 5
Grease and line 20cm cake tin. Heat oven to 200c
Step 6
Mix half lard mix to dough. Roll to cake tin shape. lay in tin.
Step 7
Add remains lard mix to top of dough in the tin. Spread evenly.
Step 8
In oven for 15 to 20 mins till golden brown.
