Step 1
Put your egg(s) into a bowl.

Mix the eggs and flour until it’s smooth.

Add the milk then mix for another minute or two.

Make sure to add butter. Cook until there no liquid or until it becomes a little bit dark I recommend 15-20 seconds on one side then 5-10 seconds on the other.
