Instructions
Step 1
Break the eggs into a large mixing bowl.
Step 2
Add Sugar, Vanilla, and Cinnamon to the egg and mix well.
Step 3
Heat flat top grill or electric skillet to 400 degrees
Step 4
Dredge bread through egg mixture so both sides are evenly coated (Not too much or bread will be egg heavy)
Step 5
Place bread on hot skillet and cook until bottom side is done. Flip the bread and repeat until both sides are to the desired doneness.
Step 6
Serve hot with butter, powdered sugar and fresh fruit.
