Instructions
Step 1
First, slice your bananas. I used 5 bananas and it produced about 3 1/3 cups of ice cream. Slice them in small chunks and place them on a baking tray.

Freeze the banana slices for 1-2 hours.

Place the frozen banana slices into the food processor and begin. First, you 'll notice the bananas become crumbly.

Scrape down the bowl and continue processing. You'll notice the bananas becoming smoother.
Step 5
Grab a spoon and taste it. If you want it a little sweeter, add a teaspoon of honey.
Step 6
If you like a more frozen consistency, place the banana ice cream into an air-tight container and put it in the freezer. It'll become harder and more like ice cream.
