What’s my favourite instant pot recipe? This is it. When I first tried this recipe, I couldn’t believe to set the cook time at zero minutes. But the seafood always turns out perfect. I love that you throw everything into the pot, start the pressure cooker and when it’s ready, simply serve it. My guests always think it took me hours when it’s the easiest dish to make. I’ve modified the recipe slightly to add in potatoes and extra broth but credit goes to the original source.
