Instructions

Step 1
Peel and cut the potatoes, leeks and zucchini into small pieces.
Step 2
Add oil in a saucepan and fry the vegetables on medium heat for a few minutes.

Add cooking cream and fish stock. Cook for about 20 minutes until the potatoes are soft.
Step 4
Add the shrimp, salt, pepper and optional spices, such as dill, thyme, and lemon.
