IP instructions included [Meat ideas] sausage, bacon, chicken, ham, peperoni, ground beef... [Veggie ideas] Onion, green onions, broccoli Notes: This freezes exceptionally well, just nuke in microwave for 90 seconds or so. Make a batch on the weekend for quick and easy breakfast during the week.

Instructions

Step 1
Whip up the eggs and cream.
Step 2
Fold in other ingredients.
Step 3
Use cooking spray or butter the pan
Step 4
Pour in a 9x13" pan (or pour in a large muffin pan - makes 12 muffins) Bake 20 minutes at 350 degrees or until cooked through (a little longer if in the 9x13 pan). Glass lasagna pan: cook at 350 degrees for 35 minutes.

Instant Pot:

Step 5
Spray silicone butter molds with cooking spray.
Step 6
Add mixture (makes 18 breakfast sticks) to molds.
Step 7
Spray tin foil with cooking spray and fold over each mold (spray side down) to better hold in steam.
Step 8
Alternately stack up to 3 molds on trivet.
Step 9
Add 1 c. water to pot and place trivet with egg sticks inside.
Step 10
Pressure cook high 40 min. Natural release 15 min., then quick release.
