We generally stretch our seasonings to 1 ½ or even 2 lbs of meat rather than the 1lbs reccomended. Test for yourself and find the most meat to sauce ratio that works for you!
For high protein/ calorie ratio look for 93% or leaner beef, if fattier use less starch (tortillas) or go with no tortillas.
Seasoning options (we have found these at many local retailers, check instacart, etc.)

Other seasonings will work if low kcal, avoid maltodextrin and try to keep calories around 100kcal total per packet (most packets contain 7 servings, multiply this by kcal)
Each serving will be roughly 33g of protein, increase as needed to hit your macro target.

Add your favorite taco ingredients raw on top of beef
Instructions
Step 1
brown beef in a pan until lightly pink over medium heat
Step 2
drain fat for lowest kcal possible
Step 3
add in seasoning and mix thoroghly
Step 4
reduce pan temp to low and cover to keep warm while serving tacos
