Instructions

Step 1
For the seasoning, mix all the ingredients together
Step 2
To prep, measure out the refried beans, cheese, and greek yogurt
Step 3
While preheating the pan, break up the meat into a smaller gradient. Evenly distribute it on the pan and add about 15 grams of water. Cook until brown.
Step 4
Take the cheese on the bigger tortilla and spread it start at the tip on one side, and continue until about an inch before the other side.
Step 5
With the smaller tortilla, spread the refried beans in the same way, with the beans touching one edge in the front, and then an inch away from the rest of the edges
Step 6
Take the meat and center it over the beans. Then put the sour cream over the meat. Then put the sharp shredded cheddar over the sour cream. Then fold one side of the tortilla over, and then the other side. A trick is to take some of the refried beans and put it between the overlap to help the tortilla to stick and stay in the roll.
Step 7
Take the smaller tortilla roll and lay it in the middle, on top of the cheese, on the bigger tortilla. Then take the end with the cheese an inch away from the end at the bottom, and press it over the smaller tortilla roll. Then take a side end and put that over the smaller tortilla roll. Repeat on the other side.
Step 8
Take some parchment paper and wrap it over the burritos. Put them in the microwave for about 20-30 minutes and after that, let them sit a little longer. They will continue to heat up in the parchment paper as they sit.
