1 lbsflank steak
1 tspcornstarch
½ tspbaking soda
1 tspminced garlic
1 tspoil
1 tspsoy sauce
1 tspdark soy

Instructions
Step 1
Slice flank steak thinly and throw into a bow. Mince garlic and ginger. Add the rest of the marinade to the bowl. And let marinade for 30 minutes. Chop your onions and make your sauce. Prepare noodles according to package. I’m a wok add in some oil and add your steak. Do not touch until the edges are browned, then flip. Let sit for 30 seconds then remove from pan. Next add in your onions, garlic and ginger. Season with salt and let them cook down. Add in your cooked noodles and sauce followed by green onions and bean sprouts. Sauté for a minute before adding meat back in.
