Instructions

Step 1
Combine dry ingredients in large bowl and whisk together.
Step 2
Mix the wet ingredients together in a medium bowl.
Step 3
Mix the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients. Stir in chocolate chips. Don't overmix. Some small lumps are ok
Step 4
Spray pan with nonstick spray. Line bottom of loaf pans with parchment paper for easy removal.
Step 5
Bake at 350 degrees. Makes 2 loaves. Bake for an hour or until toothpick in center comes out mostly clean. If center is still soft bake an additional 10 minutes and check again.
