Instructions
Step 1
Heat gas or charcoal grill.
Step 2
Reserve 2 tablespoons of the dressing.
Step 3
In large bowl, toss remaining dressing with beef and vegetables, except the tomatoes.
Step 4
Let stand 10 minutes; drain.
Step 5
Place mixture in grill basket (grill "wok").
Step 6
Place basket on grill over medium-high heat.
Step 7
Cover grill; cook 7 to 9 minutes, shaking basket or stirring mixture twice, until vegetables are tender and beef is desired doneness.
Step 8
Stir in tomatoes.
Step 9
Spoon beef mixture into serving dish.
Step 10
Stir in reserved dressing.
