Now this is one of the best GF recipes I have come up with! These muffins are packed with flavor and are so good with a morning cup of coffee! I am so happy to share this one an I hope you guys love it! Notes: - This is a super easy and delicious GF muffin recipe. Allowing the batter to sit before baking will eliminate some of the graininess that comes with gluten free baking. Enjoy!

Instructions

Step 1
Preheat your oven to 350°F and line a muffin tin with liners.
Step 2
In a large bowl sift together the flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt, set aside.
Step 3
In a separate bowl mix together the milk, eggs, and vanilla. Once mixed, add in the melted butter.
Step 4
Slowly add the flour mix into the egg mix, fold together. Add in the yogurt and sugar combine throughly.
Step 5
Next, fold in the blueberries and poppyseeds.
Step 6
Bake for 25 minutes before removing to let cool.
Step 7
Once cooled completely serve and enjoy!
