Instructions
Step 1
1. Clean and dry the chicken very well
Step 2
2. Add all the ingredients and mix together
Step 3
3. Place the potato and onion slices in your baking dish
Step 4
4. Place the chicken on top
Step 5
5. Add all the sauce ingredients on top and rub very well
Step 6
6. Add 1/2 cup water and cover the dish with parchment paper then aluminum foil
Step 7
7. Place in 375 degrees oven for 1 hour covered and 20 minutes uncovered (depending on the size of the chicken)
