Brown your diced onion and ground beef (season w/s&p)drain off any grease. In the same pan, add the drained can of green beans and 2 cans of tomato soup and mix it up. Make your mashed potatoes. In casserole dish, pour meat mixture into the bottom evenly and then top with the mashed potatoes. Brush with a little butter and bake on 350 till the soup bubbles around edges of the casserole dish. Then flip oven to broil for a few seconds (watch it) just to brown the top. Then take it out and let it sit for a few minutes.
