Grease and lightly flour 10x15 in jelly roll pan.

Preheat oven to 375F.

Cream butter and sugar; blend in eggs, vanilla, bananas, and sour cream.

Combine dry ingredients; stir with pecans into creamed mixture just until blended.

Spread in prepared plan.

Bake until bars test done with wooden pick, about 25 min.

Cool; spread with Cream Cheese Frosting (optional).
