1 poundground beef
90 percent lean
1 cupshredded mild cheddar cheese
¼ cupalmond flour

1 tablespoonketchup

1 teaspoondijon mustard
1 teaspoonkosher salt
½ teaspoongarlic powder
½ teaspoononion powder
½ teaspoonblack pepper

Instructions
Step 1
Preheat the oven to 400°F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and set aside.
Step 2
In a large bowl, combine the beef, cheese, almond flour, egg, relish, ketchup, mustard, salt, garlic powder, onion powder, and pepper. Using your hands, mix until well combined. Form the meat mixture into twelve 1½-inch balls (or use a generous tablespoon scoop). Place the meatballs on the prepared baking sheet. Bake until cooked through, about 15 minutes. Enjoy immediately or let cool completely before storing in the fridge for up to 5 days.
