Step 1
Press the Sauté button on the multi-cooker and add the ghee.
When melted, add the onions and carrots and sauté for a few minutes.
Add the beef and break it up to allow even browning. Add the curry paste, tamari or coconut aminos, fish sauce and coconut milk, then stir to deglaze the pot (see page 4).
Secure the lid in place and set to Manual or High Pressure for 10 minutes. At the end of cooking use the QPR method (see page 4).
Add the potatoes to the pot. Secure the lid in place and set to Manual or High Pressure for 4 minutes. At the end of cooking, use the NPR method (see page 4). Garnish with coriander/cilantro.
