Ingredients

1fillets quorn
meat free

1 Tbspolive oil

1red onion

0.5green bell peppers
chopped into medium cubes

0.5red bell pepper

0.5yellow bell pepper

1garlic clove
minced

1 tspgreen chilli
chopped

2 Tbsptomato ketchup

1 Tbspsoy sauce

½ tspred chilli powder

0.5black pepper powder

¼ cupwater

salt
to taste

Instructions
Step 1
Cook the fillets in the oven according to the packet instructions
Step 2
Cut the cooked fillets into small chunks
Step 3
Now heat some olive oil in a pan (medium-high heat)
Step 4
Add minced garlic and chopped green chilli, sauté for a couple of seconds
Step 5
Then add chopped red onion and cook for 2 minutes until onions soften but still has a little bit of crunch
Step 6
Now add ketchup, soy sauce, chilli powder, pepper and salt, mix well
Step 7
Pour 1/4 cup of water to make a saucy consistency
Step 8
Then add the quorn chunks, bell peppers and coriander. Mix well and turn off the heat.
Step 9
Make wraps by spreading the sauce of your choice and the cooked fillet mix.
Step 10
Heat a griddle pan and toast the wraps.
Step 11
Enjoy with some salad on side.
