Instructions
Step 1
Cook the pasta in salted boiling water.
Step 2
Cook the chopped garlic and shallot in olive oil.
Step 3
Add the chicken and sauté for 3 minutes. Then add the tomato paste, spices and stir.
Step 4
Add the cream and cook for about 5 mins.
Step 5
Add the spinach and cherry tomatoes and cook for about 3 mins. Then add the pasta, salt and pepper to taste and stir.
Step 6
