Instructions

Step 1
Cook the pasta in salted boiling water.
Step 2
Melt the butter in olive oil.
Step 3
Add the garlic cloves and cook for about 1 min.
Step 4
Add the sun-dried tomatoes and 1/4 cup of pasta water. Cook for 3 mins.
Step 5
Add the mushrooms and cook until soft.
Step 6
Add the mascarpone and tomato paste (optional). Stir until you obtain a homogeneous sauce.
Step 7
Add the pasta and it's ready ! Salt and pepper to taste and serve with fresh basil. Bon appétit !
