Instructions

Step 1
Cook the pasta in salted boiling water.
Step 2
Cook the chopped garlic and onion in olive oil. 3 mins.
Step 3
Add the passata, basil and ricotta. Mix until the ricotta is well incorporated.
Step 4
Salt and pepper to taste and blend it all together.
Step 5
Add the pasta and it's ready ! You can serve with parmesan cheese. Bon appétit !
