Instructions
Step 1
In a large pot, boil water. Follow the directions on the box to cook the pasta.
Step 2
In a small bowl, stir together paprika, flour, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Toss the chicken in the mix.
Step 3
In a non-stick pan, add 3 tablespoons olive oil and garlic. Stir for 30 seconds then add the chicken.
Step 4
Cook the chicken until no longer pink and dice the chicken into bite-size pieces.
Step 5
In one big pot, combine the chicken, pasta, sundried tomatoes. Stir for 1-2 minutes (can also add in spinach).
Step 6
Stir in the pesto sauce and season with salt and pepper.
