Step 1
Cook the pasta in salted boiling water.
Step 2
Cook the onion in oil and butter.
Step 3
add the mushrooms in strips (and wine if you want) and cook until they're tender.
Step 4
Add the cream, salt and pepper to taste and the juice of the lemon, then stir.
Step 5
Add the pasta with a 1/4 cup of pasta water and stir until you obtain a thick and homogeneous cream.
Step 6
It's ready. You can serve with grated cheese and fresh basil if you want. Bon appétit !
