Instructions
Step 1
Preheat oven to 175c. Line a baking tray with baking paper. In a medium bowl combine all dry ingredients and mix. Add melted coconut oil, hot water and vanilla and mix until combined.
Step 2
Roll dough into balls and place on baking tray. Slightly flatten with your palm.
Step 3
Bake for 10-12mins or until the edges are golden.
