Step 1
Saute zucchini strips over medium high heat for one minute. Reduce heat to medium. Add garlic and balsamic vinegar stirring immediately for about 30 seconds and then remove from heat. Puree the white beans and roasted red pepper. Toast the buns. Slather the hummus on the bread,add basil, zucchini, top with pepper.
