Fermented Honey Garlic Salmon

There are many ways to add the amazing fermented honey garlic (recipe link: https://whi.sk/pfGGH) in your diet!
You can eat it straight, use it to make delicious sauce for tofu, salmon or chicken wings. Mince and add into your salad dressings or drizzle some on warm biscuits. I’ve also made delicious compound butter with it before. The possibilities are endless!☺️🍯🧄

Ingredients
3 servings
3 x 6 ozsalmon fillets
salt
to taste
pepper
to taste
2 tspsOil
1 Tbspbutter
1.5 TbspsFermented honey garlic
2 TbspsFerment syrup
0.5lemon
1Green onion
Instructions
Step 1
Pound or mince fermented honey garlic into a paste.
Step 2
Add ferment syrup. Set aside.
Step 3
Pat fry salmon. Salt & pepper both sides.
Step 4
Heat oil in pan. Pan fry skin side down over medium heat for 3 minutes.
Step 5
Turn and cook for 2 minutes.
Step 6
Turn and cook the sides for 1 minute each.
Step 7
Add butter. Turn the heat off. Base salmon with dripping. Put on a plate.
Step 8
Add salmon dripping into fermented honey garlic paste. Mix well.
Step 9
Drizzle sauce over salmon.
Step 10
Garnish with lemon slices & green onions.
