Step 1
☀️ In a pan over medium-low heat, sizzle your onion with some olive oil, then add your sliced smoked salmon and finally a shot of brandy (whisky is good as well).
Step 2
☀️ When the alcohol has evaporated, add your heavy cream and let it cook for about 3/4 mins or until the creamy thickens a bit. Season with salt and pepper if necessary.
Step 3
☀️ In the meanwhile, boil your tagliatelle in some salted water, then add them to your sauce.
Step 4
☀️ Mix your tagliatelle with your salmon sauce, adding a drop of pasta water if necessary. Finish wish some freshly chopped parsley and serve! 😍
