Instructions
Step 1
In a bowl add the spice mix.
Step 2
In a separate bowl ads the chicken breast oil and some spice mix.
Step 3
Rub the mixture all over the chicken evenly, till fully coated.
Step 4
To a hot skillet add the chicken and cook on each side.
Step 5
Take the chicken out of the skillet and leave to rest.
Step 6
Chop the garlic and onion bthen add to a hot skillet.
Step 7
Once the onion is translucent add lemon juice, rice and the rest of the spice mix.
Step 8
Top with the chicken breast and the vegetable stock.
Step 9
Then cover with tinfoil.
Add to the oven till the vegetable stock is completely reduced.
Step 10
Top with chopped basil and lemon wedges.
