4 Crice noodles

Instructions
Step 1
Slice tofu into chunks, coat with oil and soy sauce, then coat with corn flour.
Step 2
Air fry at 360°F for 15-20 min until crispy
Step 3
Boil, drain and rinse noodles
Step 4
Prep veggies by shredding carrot and cabbage, steam the edamame, cut tomatoes, avocado
Step 5
Mix together the sauce
Step 6
Layer together ingredients in lunch storage containers, refrigerate until ready to eat
