In Multipurpose Pot, bring water, 2 tbsp broth mix, and oil to a boil. Stir in couscous. Cover and remove from heat; let stand 4 min, or until tender.
Step 3
Meanwhile, chop radishes and place in Round Steamer with broccoli, edamame, remaining broth mix, sesame oil, and soy sauce. Cover and, holding lid tightly, shake the contents of the steamer to evenly combine. Microwave on high 4 min, or until vegetables are tender.
Step 4
Use a fork to fluff cooked couscous. Divide between four plates and top with vegetables.
