½ cup full-fat coconut milk
1/4 cup fresh flat-leaf parsley, chopped
2 cloves garlic, crushed
2 tablespoons chopped fresh chives
2 tablespoons chopped fresh dill
4 teaspoons freshly squeezed lemon juice
