Instructions
Step 1
Preheat the oven to 175C. Line a baking tray with baking paper.

Step 2
In a mixing bowl, combine all your ingredients, except for your chocolate chips. Then fold through your chocolate chips.
Step 3
Roll 5 small balls of dough and place on the baking tray. Press each ball into a cookie shape. Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until slightly golden.
Step 4
Remove from the oven and set aside to cool.
