Ingredients
12 servings

2 ½ crolled oats

¾ csliced almonds

½ tspcinnamon

salt

½ cmaple syrup

¼ ccoconut oil
melted

¼ tspalmond extract

1 Tbsvanilla extract

1egg white
whipped

Instructions
Step 1
Set oven 300°

Step 2
Blend dry ingredients. In a separate bowl blend wet ingredients.
Step 3
Toss to coat
Step 4
Add whipped egg white after tossing wet & dry ingredients.
Step 5
On a parchment paper lined pan, spread mixture.
Step 6
Bake 30-45 minutes. (Mix the coconut in last 5 minutes)
Step 7
Remove, let cool. Store in a sealed container. Or freeze in ziplock.
