Instructions
Step 1
Peel and slice the potatoes.
Put them to boil in a pot.

Step 2
On another pot, raise the water to a boil.
Put the cod in the water and wait until the water raises to a boil again.
After this, turn off the heat, cover the pot and wait for 15 minutes.

Step 3
Boil the eggs for 15 minutes.

Step 4
Shred the cod.

Step 5
Chop the onions & garlic and braise them with olive oil.
Add the spinach until it's lightly cooked.


Step 6
On a pyrex, lay evenly the onions and spinaches.
Slice the eggs and then arrange them and the cod on the pyrex.
Add the potatoes on top.

Step 7
On a pot, add hot milk, 3 tbsp of butter and 3 tbsp of flour.
Keep mixing and adding milk until you get the right density.
Add nutmeg, salt and pepper.

Step 8
Pour the bechamel sauce and grill in the oven until brown on top.

Step 9
Add chopped parsley on top and have the best time of your life
