Step 1
Bring milk to a Boil
Step 2
Lower heat to a simmer, then add in heavy cream, condensed milk, butter, and rice
Step 3
Let cook for about 1 hour stirring occasionally or until it reaches your preference of thickness
Step 4
Before you remove the pudding from the heat, stir in your eggs
Step 5
Store in large container. Chill for atleast 4 hours before using
