Instructions
Step 1
in a large soup pot over medium heat, head the coconut oil until it simmers. add the onions and cook stirring until they are soft.
Step 2
add the garlic and ginger and cook, stirring until garlic is fragrant. about 30 sec.
Step 3
add bone broth, cocnut Caminos, salt, pepper, and bok choy. bring the soup to a simmer and reduce tje heat to medium.

meatballs

in a bowl, mix ground pork, garlic, cilantro, egg, coconut Caminos, flour, ginger, salt, and pepper until well combined.
Step 6
shape into 1/2 inch meatballs and drop into simmering soup. cover and cook untileatballs are cooked through. about 15 min.

serve with lime wedges
