Instructions
Step 1
Roughly chop chocolate bars into chunks, set aside.
Step 2
In 1 mixing bowl, sift together flour, baking soda + dash of sea salt.
Step 3
In another bowl combine brown sugar, butter, egg, bourbon and vanilla. Stir until smooth.
Step 4
Add dry ingredients to wet, stir until combined.
Step 5
Fold in chocolate chunks, chill dough for 1 hour.
Step 6
Preheat oven to 350°F.

Roll dough into golf ball size rounds.
Step 8
Sprinkle healthy amount of sea salt on each.
Step 9
Bake 8-10 minutes.
